Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the simpletutoring.com.au website and the tutoring operated by Simple Tuition ("us", "we", "the company", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Rights Held by Simple Tuition

Simple Tuition reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customers for any reasons, at the discretion of Simple Tuition.
Simple Tuition reserves the right to store and use data provided to the company as set out in Simple Tuition's Privacy Policy.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your bank details, full legal name, contact details. Our services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed automatically after each service period (Tutoring session). These payments may be disputed by contacting Simple Tuition directly, if you believe an error has been made. Reasonable evidence must be provided for a refund to be made, as is determined by Simple Tuition.

First Trial Satisfaction Guarantee

Simple Tuition offers a "First Trial Satisfaction Guarantee." Payment details are not required until after the first service period (first tutoring session). If you are not satisfied with your tutor after the first lesson, no payment is required. In cases where this policy is being taken advantage of by the customer, and the customer had no intention of continuing with regular service regardless of the quality of the first service, Simple Tuition reserves the right to seek payment for the first session. This may include legal action taken by Simple Tuition, if required in order to receive payment for the service.

Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the information provided by you to Simple Tuition, through forms on simpletuition.com.au, email, phone, or other means. Simple Tuition reserves the right to use this information as outlined in the relevant Privacy Policy. Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Simple Tuition. Simple Tuition has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Simple Tuition shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
