Refund Policy

Payments will only be taken after each session has concluded and been confirmed by the tutor responsible. If you believe a mistake has been made, and a payment was made from your account without relevant cause, please contact us directly using the details at the bottom of this page, or on the "Contact us" section of this website.

Refunds will only be provided at the discretion of Simple Tuition. To receive a refund, evidence must be provided that a payment was made from your account without relevant cause. For circumstances not involving an incorrect transaction, refund requests may be made using the same contact details. These refunds will be made at the discretion of Simple Tuition, and evidence based upon the circumstances may be required in order to receive this refund.

Simple Tuition has a first trial satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied after the first lesson with your tutor, simply contact us, providing your name and contact details, and state that you do not wish to continue with regular sessions. More information on the reasons you chose to discontinue tutoring services may be requested but is not required. If we believe the first trial satisfaction guarantee policy is being taken advantage of, and the customer had no intention of continuing onto regular sessions, payment may still be sought by Simple Tuition, through means including legal action, if required.
